Administrative / Church Offices

Campus Office Admin
Provide care and prayer for our church family and community. Assist the receptionist with various administrative responsibilities in our offices.

Central Office Receptionist
Serve at our Central Office by answering calls to provide care and prayer for our church family, receiving packages, and greeting staff and guests.

Adult Discipleship

Equipping Ministry
Serve with the Equipping Ministry as a teacher and/or writer for various materials and events here at The Church of Eleven22.

New Believer Ambassador
Walk alongside a new believer or someone that just wants to deepen their walk with Jesus. Spend one on one time in a disciple-making relationship, leading them through a five-week devotional designed to deepen their faith. Training and discipleship materials will be provided.

Covenant Member (preferably)
One year commitment
Active in the life of the church
Relational and able to connect with new believers
Must complete 1:1 NBA training
Consistently grow in their faith and knowledge of the Bible
Connect with the person weekly for five-weeks and go through NBA Curriculum
Encourage new believers to read Discover Jesus 21 devotional
Help answer any questions about their faith
Help new believers to take their next step of faith (i.e. baptism, join a disciple group)

Church Operations

Campus Ops & Logistics
Help ensure your campus building is clean and in proper working order. Includes maintenance, janitorial, set-up and information technology.

Central Facilities
Do you thrive in supporting operations like maintenance, painting, janitorial and setup for events? We have an opportunity for you to come alongside our central operations team primarily out of the San Pablo campus, and traveling to our other campuses to serve by ensuring a campus building is clean and in proper working order. This serve opportunity does require that you pass a background check.

Retreat Center
Help maintain the Eleven22 Retreat Center property and prepare it for guests. Serve opportunities include:

Creative

Campus Design & Decor
Support and work alongside our interior designers to procure materials and install at our new and existing campuses. Some of the skills needed, but not limited to: painting, hanging wall art, use of power tools, sewing, furniture refurbishing and installation.

Communications
Use your creativity and attention to detail to strengthen Eleven22’s print and electronic communications.Serve opportunities include:

Data Entry and Maintenance
Our Data Operations Team assists behind the scenes help support Eleven22 ministry areas. Think data entry and maintenance. Are you tech savvy? Do you have experience in administration and feel confident working on a computer? If so, this is the team for you! This serve opportunity allows you to serve from your home.

**Were you thinking more along an IT volunteer position? If you would consider yourself capable of providing level-1 IT support, we would love for you to serve before/during service with our kids and student ministries at the check-in kiosks and new family member desk. Finance / Human Resources

Finance Ministry
Assist Eleven22 in being a good steward of God’s resources by helping collect & process tithes, run financial reports, and process invoices. As a serve staff member your availability should be Monday – Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Assist Eleven22 by helping with filing documents, staff care and other projects or events to help further the ministry and vision. As a serve staff member your availability should be Monday – Thursday between 9am and 4pm at our Central offices.

Assist with set-up / food / decor for Eleven22 large events.

Kids, Students, Special Needs

Kids
Make an eternal impact in the lives of children 0-5th grade while allowing parents to worship distraction free.

Exalt Christ with your time by serving kids and families with special needs through our kids, student or respite ministries.

Students
Join us to create a movement for all students 6th-12th grade to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Create welcoming, safe and fun environments and events to point all students to Jesus.
Offer grade and gender-based small groups where students not only discover who Jesus is, but who they are in Him.
Provide opportunities to send students locally, nationally and internationally to share the gospel and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Special Event Childcare
This newest serve opportunity is designated for individuals who feel called to pour into the next generation in a unique way by serving a few nights a month with the childcare team, allowing parents to DEEPEN their relationship with Jesus.

Hope’s Closet

Hope’s Closet Serve Staff
Hope’s Closet Thrift is a retail ministry of The Church of Eleven22. Through our retail environments, we disciple people, fund community transformation programs and support local and global ministry partners. Volunteers are needed Monday-Saturday between the hours of 9:00AM and 6:00PM to help process and sort donations, tag and shelve merchandise, straighten up the store and provide welcoming service to our community.

Orientation is required prior to serving, please contact store coordinators for scheduling information. In addition, please wear comfortable, professional-casual clothing and closed-toed shoes.

Mission

Multiplication Campus Team (Mission)
Assist people with understanding what it means to be SENT. Help them discover the world of short-term trips, long-term mission, vocational ministry and church planting while deepening their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Retreat Center
Come alongside our team to help us execute retreats at the Eleven22 Retreat Center. We have two primary areas of serving:

Hospitality – Assist with décor, event setup, food and cleanup at retreats
Hosting – Assist with setup, check-in, turnover and guest services at retreats
